We thank God for a beautiful Holy Week and Easter at Saint Benedict Center!

The photo slideshow below, begins with Palm Sunday: blessing and the procession of the palms; then on to Holy Thursday, marked by its solemn Mass, chants, and the procession of the Blessed Sacrament. Good Friday is remembered in silence as we follow the footsteps of the Man of Sorrows—through the hours of the watch, the sung Passion, prayers, adoration of the Cross, and the Mass of the Presanctified. Holy Saturday brings tranquil anticipation, the darkness broken by the new fire, the blessing of the water, the prophecies, and the glorious Easter Vigil Mass. Finally, we rejoice in the glory of Easter Sunday—Alleluia!

Enjoy the photos of these sacred days with recordings of the Brothers and Sisters singing “O Vos Omnes” and “Haec Dies.”

We are honored to celebrate the traditional liturgy in Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel and are happy to welcome the public to join us. May the Risen Christ always be our Master and Leader!
