This year, the Saint Benedict Center May Procession took place on Sunday, May 11, which was also Mother’s Day. The annual event was blessed with beautiful weather and the vibrant beauty of spring, accompanied by hymns dedicated to Mary and the holy rosary. The route included the crowning of five statues set in lovely flower gardens throughout the monastery grounds. The event’s climax was the benediction at an outdoor altar on the convent lawn.
