The Sacred Triduum was celebrated here at Saint Benedict Center in it’s wealth of prayer and tradition. Thanks to Father Becker, and our host of well-trained altar boys, the sacred rites of Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday were properly performed. They were truly hallowed days here at the monastery.
After last year’s lack of public services due to the Covid lockdown, it was spiritually refreshing to be able to have the fullness of Holy Week. How fitting to see the new fire lit once again, and the Light of Christ shine in the darkness! Lumen Christi! It was with full hearts that we all responded: Deo Gratias!!
