We thank God for a beautiful Holy Week and Easter at Saint Benedict Center!
The photo slideshow below begins with Palm Sunday, featuring the blessing and procession of the palms. It continues to Holy Thursday, marked by the solemn Mass, uplifting chants, and the procession of the Blessed Sacrament. On Good Friday, silence prevails as we follow the footsteps of the Man of Sorrows—through the hours of the watch, the sung Passion, the solemn prayers, adoration of the Cross, and the Mass of the Presanctified. Holy Saturday is filled with tranquil anticipation as the darkness is broken by the new fire, the blessing of water, the prophecies, and the glorious Easter Vigil Mass. At last, we rejoice in the splendor of Easter Sunday—Alleluia!
Enjoy photos and live recordings from these sacred days, featuring the Brothers and Sisters singing “O Vos Omnes” and “Haec Dies.”
We are honored to celebrate the traditional liturgy in Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel and welcome the public to join us. May the Risen Christ always be our Master and Leader!
