The First Saturday of every May is First Holy Communion Day here at Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel. This year, nineteen children were prepared by Sister Mary Imelda, MICM, and received Jesus for the first time on Saturday, May 6, 2023. After the Mass, Father Becker enrolled the First Communicants in the Brown Scapular of the Blessed Mother. Each child received one of our True Devotion Scapulars which are an exclusive item from our shop. It was a perfect spring day to reflect on this important event in these young lives! Come, Lord Jesus!
