There may have been overcast skies on Saturday, October 6, (and a bit of mud) but no spirits were dampened for the annual Fall Bazaar!

A steady stream of visitors from near and far came to Still River to enjoy the day at our ol’-time country bazaar!

There were lots of bargains in the giant yardsale, furniture and clothing areas!

A variety of interesting booths, as well as the awesome spread of goodies at the Bakery Table, were to be found under the big tent; and games, balloons, face painting and the popular Bouncy House, kept the kids happy for hours!

Long-time bazaar customers knew to come hungry, because, as usual, there was quite a spread of ethnic food to be purchased! This year the food booth line-up included Korean, Japanese, Brazilian, Filipino, Italian and the festival favorite – Corn Dogs & Onion Rings! Buy-the-Slice desserts, washed down with a cup of apple cider pressed right then and there, made for some really great eating!

With lively music to set the atmosphere, and the scenic setting of Still River as a backdrop, the Fall Bazaar was a fun day of fundraising with great spirit and great volunteers! Thanks to all who helped make this day the great success that it was!
