Twin brothers united in family, they now supernaturalized that unity by becoming Brothers in spirit as they both made their professions of vows as Slaves.
Brother Patrick Joseph, having completed the novitiate, a time of prayer, work, and study begged “the mercy of God and the companionship of the community” before pronouncing his first vows.
Brother Christopher Isaac, having already spent three years in first vows, now pronounced his vows as a perpetually professed member of the community.
The impactful ceremony left the Brothers with new habits, cinctures, and the light of Christ as they “put off the old man, and put on the new” and solidified their resolve to live for Jesus through Mary.
