The Sisters MICM rewrote the words to the traditional Irish song, “The Leaving of Liverpool” – to capture the Catholic spirit of their school band and the “Leaving of Boston” as they pulled out of the South Boston Saint Patrick’s Day Parade for the first time in 25 years.
