Work on MacIsaac Hall (the gym/auditorium building project) is progressing slowly but surely through these months of New England snow storms!
The majority of the building has been closed in, and the exterior cement board that is necessary before the siding, is being put into place. Meanwhile, the inside has been framed into rooms and hallways and the electricians have been at work running wire and getting everything lit up.
A generous donor recently gave a 30 foot scissor lift which will eliminate cumbersome ladders when it comes to putting in the lighting in the enormous gym area. The lift will be a handy tool for many years to come, making it easier to change light bulbs etc, and also for getting some great photos and footage of basketball games, school productions and the numerous other events that this beautiful building will now make possible!
