The beauty of a New England autumn was abbreviated by the first snow on October 28! But that didn't stop… a trip to Montfort to start closing up for the season! The Feast of Christ the King found 10 inches of snow in Still River… but with no power! The next few days it was "back to basics"… as the snow damage was cleaned up… and wood stoves and candle power and a taste of reality!
