Construction of the IHM Auditorium/Gymnasium Project has continued steadily through the past month, and it is exciting to see the progress from day to day!

The main metal staircase was constructed early in April… giving easy access to the three levels to Brothers, workers, volunteers and photographers alike! (So stay tuned for some great photo updates!)

Framing for the roof continues, and presently the rafters for the top floor are being finished so that the plywood can be laid that will tie in the dormers.

The next step in the process will be the building and erection of the custom roof trusses for the front lobby. Then the roof can be framed in also, and the trim and shingles can go on before the intense weather hits!

The Gym is going to be a beautiful building… giving opportunity for some great new activities and events here at the Center… and we can't wait!
